This outpatient mental health care and behavioral health clinic is centrally located in the heart of downtown Logan to ensure ease-of-access to all age groups, including families and family members. The administrative offices of our tri-county operation are also located within this facility.

Services Provided: Professional and diverse staff provides a full array of mental health services, as indicated after a comprehensive assessment and treatment plan. Services are delivered by a caring team where individuals actively participate in their own treatment planning, goals and recovery. Services are primarily evidenced-based and may include individual/group therapy, case management, emotional support, skills building, respite, eating disorders, crisis counseling or medication management, to name a few. Summer and after school programming are also available.
