In the Tremonton, Utah mental health treatment facility in the Tremonton area, is available to all age groups, including single family, is shared with the local health department. This joint facility offers ease-of-access to individuals requiring our mental health services, as well as substance abuse treatment.

Services Provided: Professional and diverse staff provides a full array of mental health services, as indicated after a comprehensive assessment and treatment plan. Services are delivered by a caring team where individuals actively participate in their own treatment planning, goals and recovery. Services are primarily evidenced-based and may include individual/group therapy, case management, skills building, respite, crisis or medication management, to name a few. Summer and after school programming are also available.
