Services Overview

Bear River Mental Health provides a comprehensive array of evidence-based and medically necessary services delivered according to best practice guidelines. We offer client-centered services that encompass an individualized and comprehensive treatment plan.

Each of our clients meet with a treatment coordinator (therapist) who assesses the clients’ personal situations, symptoms, behaviors and skills or abilities. With an individualized plan in place, our providers prescribe the services needed to reach the overall goal of mental health recovery. Our specific focus is on decreasing psychiatric symptomology and mental disability, increasing clients’ abilities to function at the highest levels possible and helping our clients live as independently as possible.

Prescribed services may include a variety of mental health treatment methods and activities, including mental health counseling, as deemed appropriate and beneficial for our clients, whether individuals, couples, partners or families. These include:

Languages served: Options for both in-person English and Spanish services, as well as published service information are available.
