Mental Health Services
We provide a comprehensive array of evidence-based and medically necessary services delivered according to best practice guidelines.
Bear River Mental Health offers client-centered services that encompass an individualized and comprehensive treatment plan. Each client meets with a treatment coordinator (therapist) who assesses the client’s situation, symptoms, behavior and skills or abilities. This individualized plan prescribes the services needed to reach the overall goal of mental health recovery, as well as the following general objectives for the client:
- Decreasing psychiatric symptomology and mental disability
- Increasing the client’s ability to function at the highest level possible
- Help the client to live as independently as possible
Prescribed services may include a variety of mental health treatment methods and activities, including mental health counseling, as deemed appropriate and beneficial for our clients, whether individuals, couples, partners or families. These include:
Languages served: Options for both in-person English and Spanish services, as well as published service information are available. Accommodations for individuals who are Medicaid eligible and require interpreter services for other languages are available, but must be scheduled or arranged prior to the client’s appointment.
