Therapy Groups

Bear River Mental Health offers group therapy in Box Elder, Cache and Rich Counties. Therapy groups are proven to provide added support to those dealing with mental health conditions, as well as for their family members, partners and friends. Our groups are evidence-based and designed to increase our clients’ success in their current, individualized, treatment plans.

With the referral of a therapist, our clients can participate in a variety of therapy group options for all ages. Our groups range from skills building to behavioral education and are offered most weekdays at each of our facilities, from Brigham City to Garden City. Each Bear River Mental Health facility features different group therapy options, so click through to find a list of offerings based on your location. Whether you want to improve your emotional regulation or just take an hour to practice mindfulness, we have a group that will fit your needs and schedule.
